The GOP had a chance to stop Trump in 2016. They did not do so.

They had a chance to stop him in 2020, when his toxic presidency was well-known, although, with Trump as an incumbent, the chances of stopping him were greatly diminished. They did not even attempt to do so.

In 2024, Trump will run with sky-high approval ratings from his idiot supporters who consider him an incumbent-in-waiting because he supposedly won in 2020 due to some fantastic scheme to steal the election.

To expect the GOP to stop Trump in 2024 is to live in the same la-la land in which his supporters live.

It's up to every voter who values democracy to get out there and vote in 2024. No matter how hard various Republican regimes in some states try to make voting, no matter how gerrymandered they may have made your district, please VOTE BLUE for president and down ballot!
