The Democrats have a brief window until the 2022 elections to do what they can about the Republican assault on our democracy: eliminate the filibuster, pass the election reform bill, etc. I like Joe Biden. I'm glad he's president and I feel he is doing a good job. But I am disappointed that he and other Democrats do not seem alarmed at what is happening and are apparently not passionate about at least trying to stop the destruction of our democracy while they can. We may not have another chance.
