I'm happy to learn that slow running is a thing. It's always been very easy for me. I am naturally slow: couldn't be fast if I wanted to. I don't even call it running. I call it wogging. It's somwhere between a walk and a jog. I do it for an hour every day, and along with careful eating it has really super-charged my weight loss: 28 lbs in 74 days. After reading this article I will proudly run slow, no longer feeling like a freak of nature.
