I enjoy your analyses of these various tragedies. This particular article reminded me of the Marshalll University football team crash in 1970 in West Virginia, just a bit over seven years before the Indiana accident. I lived in eastern Kentucky at the time, about 80 miles south of Huntington, West Virginia, and was very much aware of the Marshall accident, which killed 75 people and is apparently the worst sports-related plane crash in U.S. history. If you could write about the Marshall incident sometime, I would be very interested in reading your analysis of that incident. Thanks.
